I want to have every type of NFA item, all I lack is a DD and an AOW. Any suggestions on interesting items in those categories?

I'm not interested in a pistol with a forward grip, or a shotgun AOW. I have decent machining capabilities, so be creative.

On the DD, I'm not interested in a grenade, street sweeper, or Striker-12..

What cool DD's and AOW's are out there?

Boys anti-tank rifle in the original caliber (not reworked down to .50BMG). That'll provide both history and a DD.

AOW=shotguns, knife guns and cane guns. This is all that I know about, could be more.
No suggestions, other than a shotgun, which you don't want.

DD=how much money you want to spend.

    Good Luck!

M79 is on my DD short list.

Thanks for all the suggestions thus far! I think we have a winner above, the thumper looks like a great project.

I think I'm going to go with some sort of concealed gun like a knife gun, but more innocuous. I've seen pen guns, lipstick guns, etc. Any thoughts on a cool concealment?

    Modern day... Cell phone gun.

    Or a book gun.

    Think James Bond.

The MagLite flashlight gun might be a fun project. Replace the center bulb with a ring of LEDs to make the flashlight feature work and have the barrel in the center. You could even do an internal suppressor for an extra level of cool. But then it would probably need to be an AOW and a silencer.

That would be awesome! Perhaps you could integrate a laser sight, too. Then you'd have an accurate flashlight gun.
