Very nice guy to deal with, my collection has gained complexity
Bought a Yugo M98/48, a Enfield No4 Mk II and garand food. All in good shape and at a fair price. Would do business with again and can highly recommend him to others interested in purchasing from him.

Initially I was a little concerned about the purchase of the Turkish Mauser due to the extremely fouled bore. After a first cleaning, I expressed my concern to 5PtStar and he immediately offered to take it back and refund my money. Because it was less than $200, I stuck it out and cleaned it several more times to reveal strong rifling throughout, but a really dark bore, however patches came out grey not the rust colored as during the first cleaning. After firing today around 50 rds at 100yds and getting less than 5"groups resting the front only while seated, it appears to shoot straight and I'll take some blame for the size of the groups. Shot some ballistol through it before leaving the range, flushed it out with ballistol solution once home, dry patches, Ed's Red patches, copper brush, etc etc and finally saw some shine. As speaking to a few other folks, turkish mausers usually weren't taken care of by the soldiers, so finding one with a bore in descent shape is fortunate. Long story short, 5PtStar stood behind his sale and I would buy from him again, but probably ask a few questions about bore condition first next time. :D
