The current picture is of the barrel in an upper. Please read this whole ad, but if you want more info about the barrel in its original form go to -
https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1003479633/shilen-drop-in-match-barrel-with-bolt-ar-15-65-grendel-service-rifle-hbar-contour-1-in-9-twist-20-stainless-steel

As you can see these barrels are on backorder. Here is what you need to know about this barrel. It was originally 20" but I had it cut to 19 and threaded so I could run a muzzle break or suppressor. Originally when I got the barrel it was shooting quarter MOA with my reloads and a suppressor. I have switched to not running a suppressor due to the over gassing (even with an adjustable gas block) and I stopped reloading for it due to time constraints. Factory hornady black ammo with no suppressor is giving me 1-1.25 inch groups at 100 yards which has made the proposition less interesting to me. I had great results with this set up out to 830 yards. At 1000 yards groups were less than stellar ( I believe due to velocity constraints of the Grendel). If you would like to buy a whole upper I can accommodate as well. This is a great barrel for someone looking to get into 6.5 Grendel for not a lot of cash.
