Zastava M76 (8mm), M91 (x54r) are current NOT banned. All of the AK rifles banned in MD is 762x39 caliber. Don't really see why the M77 in 308 will be any different, since the M77PS is OK.

We have shipped two to MD so far to NON-LEO customers. Local FFL's seem to think they are legal in MD.
