I bought a pair of CZ-82's when I first got my C&R back when CZ's were a dime a dozen. One was in fairly good shape, while the other one was weather-beaten but functionally sound. I kept the one that was in better shape as is, but I decided to spruce up the ugly ducklng and ended up with the gun below. I had it cerakoted and bought the grips from someone in Eastern Europe that took forever to get here, but it was worth the wait, in my opinion. It's still one of my favorite pistols.
I will second that one of my favorites C&R, got a pair of CZ-82 are a great price. They were a bit beat to SH$T, had what was called finish leprosy, heavy paint that was chipping off, I stripped and cold blued both added some nice wood grips to one. the shoot great very light kick for a 9mm Mak. much like a 380. Weight and size they are much like a ppk, or 380 beretta just a bit larger, it all metal no polymer so you that weight to hold down the pistol.
Thanks Jack for the video link, learned a few things about the CZ-82 I did not know.
