Why is everyone so quick to attack. THis is a discussion thread. I'd like to see a discussion on the legal merits of dealers not releasing. Some, or maybe most of us, have items awaiting delivery that were purchased before the outcome of the MSI suit. I didn't have that option to elect a different FFL based on an suit that happened in the future. And, most of my purchases where FFL transfers from out of state, so there is no one for which to ask for a refund.

Beating your FFL about the brow is not gonna get your firearm any faster either.

The literal translation of the law has only been out for a couple of weeks, compared to years of being intimidated by the MSP.

For the 3rd time in 20 minutes.....there are plenty of open threads already on this topic.

There is no need to continue to open threads constantly.

I haven't had my nap yet today, and I'm getting cranky. ;)
