Doesn't matter. A decent FFL will mail them to an out of state residence for you.

Just got off the phone with the firearms manager at BP. They are now going to do 11th day releases. They are calling customers in the order of purchase to take care of their backlog of about 800 firearms first which they expect to take 3-4 weeks. At least that is somewhat good news.

South Carroll Sporting Goods has been the one handling all my transfers since the end of February and there have been a lot. They have been releasing before the ND comes back, but not necessarily on the 8th day. Maybe around a 14 day release. I have sent my sister, brother in-law, and brother there and my sister and brother in-law just picked up their handguns this past Wednesday. I highly recommend the place. Great people to deal with.
They are also an IP on this board.
