    Probably better to call and make an appointment. If it's an 80%, I believe they'll require you to be in the shop while it's being engraved. So it should be possible, but I don't work there. Call them ;)

    I think Engage and United both engrave while you wait without an appointment.

    I'm the only one that does the engraving, so I have to not be busy with other stuff to do on the spot work.
    Wednesdays and Thursdays are generally better for trying to do "while you wait". E-mail or call to check availability.

    Do you guys have a rate card posted for the engraving services? Can you do any custom designs? I see mention of the work a few places but nothing on the web site.
