Robbery involves the use of force; it is very different than burglary.
A home burglary while you're at work is much different than a home invasion (robbery).

Yes, that's exactly what I'm suggesting. Robbery (theft by force or threat of force) and burglary (breaking and entering into unoccupied dwelling or business) are two very distinct and different crimes.

To be classified as a robbery someone has to be put in fear of bodily harm or death.. Typically a burglary is done when no one is in the building so legally a burglary isn't a robbery.
