That does look a little freakishly long for a bolt action rifle...maybe just a 15 or 20 rd mag

I believe that's a 30 round magazine made my CZ but not for commercial sale.
I know it sounds humorously cliché but you don't need a magazine larger then 10 rounds for these rifles. For me it takes a good while to expend the 5 round magazine when precision shooting and I go though 70 rounds in a 2 hour session of bliss.
