FYI...Delaware County in PA is the closest sheriff's office for PA license. Short drive as it is in person only. Will take two visits, drop off application and another to pick up.fingerprints are for FL. thanks everybody for your help

FL still issues permits for residents who travel to other states. FL still issues non-resident permits which may be recognized by other states (DE, for example)
