Please tell me this has been revoked at some time or does not apply to someone lawfully hunting or trapping with a hunting lisc and furtaker permit... I thought every county in MD had gotten rid of this no fox taking thing when Queen Annes and St Marys did away with it!

So apart from all the other oddities in that verbage, you can shoot a fox in Cecil County if it's attacking your poultry, but not if it's attacking your pet? What about if it's attacking your child?
