What is it?

I thought i posted this on here before, but can't find it. And I can't remember what it is. Yes I'm getting old. I looked and looked but can't find anything. Unless I'm not wording it right...It's a Training rifle or Drill rifle? I'm going to try and find it a new home but I have to know what it is first...::


The stock is rubber and the rest is steal, weighs a ton.. has an old leather sling on it..
