Best deal I remember was when Centry had Bulgarian 1080 can 5.45 at $100 per can shipped.

Everyone loves a good deal! Share your experience of finding the best price on ammo—was it during a sale, through a specific website, or maybe a local shop?

How did you capitalize on the opportunity?
I will take the risk on a newbie.
I'm playing with the OP. It was the raffle/fundraiser for Tower. I can't recall if I got two numbers or one.
I was talking bout how I wanted to meet Tower one day and then...hmmm looks like I missed a raffle, huh.

Okay. Back in between the two latest socialist presidents, I was able to purchase Federal 124gr HST at BFGC for $17.95 per 50 rd box. In regrets, I only purchased about 20 or 30 boxes. I used it as practice ammo, and Damn, it really zeroed in my 50 ft head shots.

Alas, my last few boxes are reserved for any special guests that might surprise me in the wee hours of the morning. ;)

Everyone does love a good deal. My experience was great. It was definitely a sale maybe on a website and maybe even a local shop.

I capitalized using American dollars. It was nothing short of amazing. :lol2:
I think we may have possibly had the same experience. My last maybe a possible deal was on a case or maybe a box or perhaps a pallet from a website or even a local shop, or just possibly directly from the manufacturer. I might have capitalized by being a club member using gold bullion as a means of payment, however, so there's that, which is nice.

Not unless you can imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light.
Not to mention it looks awkward as hell...

We bought a pallet, not a case.
    IIRC 12c a round.
I'll never forget us tearing the pallet down with strap cutters borrowed from Wolfburg Bob's in Pa to cut the straps.
They brought it out to the parking lot on a forklift, it was like watching a pack of hyenas on a kill!
