They used to hold these in the Lowes parking lot, but it's at the training center this year. They generally had lots of freebies along with useful information. The health department gave out cell phone car charger kits which I now have in each car

If rain ruins hunting I might go. That's just up the pike from me.

They give the address for the in town office but show a picture of the sharpsburg pike training building. I'll go if its on the pike and to hell with heading in town.

Good, but I live down by the Ag center, that is up by the prison and just after Westfields and before the prison headed south on the pike (Rt 65 or Sharpsburg pike for others). Still in the safe area of the county, though.

They do shooting up that way, at the prison or close. I don't know where the range is but they shoot like a firing line and mag dumping. I can hear them 4 or 5 miles to the south.

Nah, you drive over those mountains and everything changes. They are trying to ruin Middletown like Frederick, but all outliers are country boys. The G Men don't make friends as easily out here. We got lots of cattle around here and know what BS smells like when someone starts handing it out.

Guess I missed it. Heard nothing about it even though it's just down the road. I'd been to one or maybe two before. I was pretty good for as small as things are around Hagerstown.
