Was gifted a Hakko 6x15 scope today.

A coworker surprised me with this today, can't really find much info on it, the scope itself just says "Hakko 6x15 Japan". Hakko doesn't appear to exist anymore, and I'm hitting dead ends regarding with regards to info for it. does anyone here have experience with these scopes? Furthermore, would anyone know where I could find the appropriate rings to mount it to, say, a Sharps rifle?
