    Not completely true. The only way to comply with the Federal GFSZA is to have a permit from the state the school is in.

    here is one BATFE Opinion on this. there are more but they all say the same thing. Having a reciprocal permit does NOT satisfy the GFSZA law in BATFE's opinion.

    Thanks Y'All on the details on VA non Res Fingerprint cards. I looked at FYI Fingerprints in Ellicott City's site and they say they can do VA so I am good to go.
