Using the New Conversation (PM - Private Message) System

OK, I sometimes get the hang of things, and think I know what I can do or can't do, then when I go to do it, something is different and I waste time thinking I was hallucinating about being able to do something or not.\

Today's instance is to be able to add or not add anyone to a "conversation"

I know I have done it before, and had conversations with 2 or more other members before.
However, in one of my PM's, I wanted to add a 3rd person today, and there was no place for " invite more"
Then I went back to a previous conversation between myself, Blaster229 and MRH. In this conv, it has a place that says KICK and INVITE MORE. (HAHA This is the first I saw KICK and can only presume what that means.

SO, Why am I able to or not able to invite anyone else into a conversation I started with one other member?

What am I missing?

NEVERMIND. DUMBASS me, I just realized, the conversation I wanted to add a member to was started by another member, not me.
I had been simultaneously PM's the originator, and forgot that he beat me to striking up the conversation the day it happened.

I will ask him to add this other fella.

Could it be that the highlighted box below was not checked when starting the conversation? AFAIK, this option only appears when starting a conversation in the PM system.

Yup you nailed it, 308.

I edited my original post here once I realized 4g64loser had started the conv. I was messaging him the same time he messaged me and I had forgotten I had abandoned my PM and continued with his.

308Scout, I think the mods or programmers changed this even.

it now looks like this. Kick and Invite more.
