    Every day. Every way.

    They’re looking for subservient subjects.

Sing along…I wish I had an Oscar Mayer wiener.

Its Independence Day. Next year, they’re hoping for DEPENDENCE DAY

maybe time to program those 3d printers to make pew canister bodies…buy springs now

Part of Toe-to-Toe Joe Brandon's "All of government" approach, to use every federal department and agency to regulate, starve, and strangle everything the Left dislikes out of business.

    Oil and Gas production

That would be a double edge sword think Cakes for Gays. There just needs to be company to step in to fill the void.
    Doug got you covered.

Since the 2A is a civil right, and UPS offers a service to the public, isn’t this akin to not shipping your package because of the color of your skin?

Excellent point. Or if/when they refuse shipments from religious organizations. Imagine the hue and cry if they would not deliver to a Islam place.
They don’t realize it yet. It’s literally the same thing.

But like most things nowadays…they’re more than happy to go to court where they have attorneys in house and on retainer and (we) you and I have infinite financial exposure in the meanwhile (footing our own bill).

The system was designed for honest, God fearing folk. There’s not as many by percent as there used to be. I dare say, a gross minority.

I don’t think they’ll have an easy time of it. Civil rights violations are traditionally taken pretty seriously.

I say to UPS, bake me a cake...for I already have a shrubbery. Make me a cake that looks like a shine box.

They can't possibly be "confiscating" legal products... that would be straight up theft. Something doesn't smell right about this story.
Wouldn't be the first time MDSers got all spun up over something blown way out of proportion with speculation sauce and a cherry of indignance on top.

I wouldn't be surprised if UPS decided to re-think this policy after Texas state government decides to stop doing business with them. . .

Want some whipped cream to go with that post? :-) I was just on the Brownell's site and no mention of UPS or anyone else in their shipping options. I was also unaware that delivery companies could seize and destroy items that they don't like. Unless this letter, (that I could not attach for some reason) is a hoax, I expect them to be sued in very short order.
