Updated group pic - had to wait on the M44 sling and SVT Mag pouch to come in from the Ukraine to get an updated group pic with the M44 in it.

Going to be a monumental PIA moving all this stuff 800 miles....SMH

Nice! I love that SVT-40. I found an advertisement in a 1965 (or maybe 1962, I forget) issue of some gun magazine and I think they want like $40 for one! Even in today's dollars I would imagine that was still a killer deal. I'll see if I can find the ad.

[EDIT] Does that sporter Mosin have a different barrel?? I'd like to see one of those.

Ah yes, I'm going through the same. Retirement looms just a couple years from now and I highly doubt I'll stay in MD. So more and more of the long arms are finding new homes. It took me 40 years to get here and I'll need to liquidate quite a few to keep the move from becoming a logistical nightmare.

Not thinning too many of the MilSurps but I did sell a Marlin 1895G .45-70 to a friend Sunday. I had two and that's just one less to move.

The blued one now has a new home.
