I did a little research and I'm interested in putting tech sights iron sights only 10/22 target model with the hammer forged heavy barrel. I was curious if that front sight adapter for bull barrels will work on the hammer forger barrel because of the way it's not exactly smooth. I personally am not a fan of scopes or even optics so much especially on a .22. If I'm hunting that's a different story. I like the challenge and simplicity of iron sights. I'm looking into the Tech Sights and I'm ready to pull the trigger but will the adapter stay with that hammer forged barrel?
