For all the naysayers, the Baltimore County code now says:

Editor's note— The Supreme Court of the United States held in Caetano v. Massachusetts, 577 U.S. ;daterule;(2016) that a Massachusetts law banning the possession of a "stun gun" by a person other than law enforcement personnel or a weapons supplier violates the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. The Baltimore County Attorney believes that the holding applies to, and effectively abrogates, Section 17-2-104 of the Baltimore County Code as currently written.

OK to carry anywhere in Md ?

Annapolis and Howard County still have ordinances banning them. I have not tried to find out if they will be repealing them due to the Supreme Court ruling yet. I've heard Baltimore City bans them, but have not confirmed that yet because their website has not worked for a while for the Baltimore City Code. Everybody says it, but I have not been able to confirm it. I would check with the State's Attorney in the areas you plan to carry one to verify. Don't just let them say "it's banned". Make them quote the law and cite the reference. Just because someone says it, doesn't make it true... LOL
