    He's making the wrong argument. It's not about whether it's common legal use. It's can you use public interest scrutiny to limit the second amendment. Bruen says no, it must be rooted in historical context which there is none.

    How in the hell do they plan on surveying AR-15 owners and get a different result? Even Thacker seems to get the futility of that line of "discovery".

    Simple: how many 77Rs in Maryland registered the enumerated weapons? Use their own "voluntary registration" against them.
