Folks the AGC of Baltimore will be participating in a lawsuit against SB-281 and are looking for folks that can participate as plaintiffs. Read the details in the attached file and if you can help, please contact them.

I would think these purchases can't take place until after September 25 (less than 7 days before the law is enacted) or it will be found that the FFL, not the state is at fault.

Sending an email is basically an official statement. If it is on the internet the opposition knows about it so posting here won't make much of a difference.

Sadly, I can't be a plaintiff for this, I already have received all my handguns and am still waiting on my AR lower. Don't have the money to buy another handgun.

I qualified until I picked up my handgun via ~75th day release. I'll ping them. EDIT: Email sent.
