Well, it turns out to be dirt cheap compared to the price of a transferable example.

I have never for one second regretted spending 8K for my semi-auto version.

****Very fixed supply (1 of 1 apparently) of this type of transferable machine gun that is legal to own by anyone able to pass a background check here in the USA. Dunno if the new owner is an investor, speculator, or just a collector or combination thereof but that is a very unique piece as long as the Hughes amendment stays in place.

The market is increasing with a very fixed supply of product that were owned prior to 1986 by civilians. Goodness knows how many of those guns are in the military armories, and still made today for considerably less than $500k a piece - but those are not legal for civilian ownership in the US.

Looks like a good buy. It's a nice gun and probably lots of fun to shoot!

And that is why, once I leave MD, getting a kitchen table FFL and SOT will be worth the cost. Unless I’m missing something and can’t do it. Someone will be along to burst my bubble if that’s the case.
