P229 are without a doubt one of the finest handguns and they are well worth the premium price. I got the .40SW and have an extra .357 sig barrel. This essentially allows you to have two guns in one. I have had mine for 15 years and it is flawless in form, function, and accurate. I am an unrepentant Sig and HK whore.
