Sig M400 Question

I saw on Sig's website that they have an M400 model that is Maryland compliant (RM400-16B-HI-MD), which has a 10 round magazine. Does an IP or anybody know if this is the only model of the M400 that Sig will ship to Maryland dealers?

I've seen a few different M400 models at local dealers recently.

I called Sig and they said they are now only shipping the Hawaii compliant version to Maryland. It is also their compliant version now for a couple of other states. It has a bullet button and comes with a 10 round magazine.
