Shipping ammo TO Montgomery County

Noob question here. Due to ammo shortage here locally, I've ordered some off gunbroker.com and just had a seller question if there are any Maryland or Montgomery County restrictions on shipping ammo here. Ordering some .223 in various flavors. Got some from other sellers with no problems. Never heard of any restrictions, I would appreciate any clarifications.

The way I read it, restrictions only apply to MoCo ammunition dealers, not to ammunition dealers outside of MoCo and/or outside of Maryland that ship ammunition to MoCo residents.

Montgomery County has a law against having ammo shipped to you. It's unenforceable though because of state preemption.

Get ammo delivered to me all the time. Some ill informed or ignorant vendors won't ship. No problem. I take my business elsewhere. see below for those who ship.

Which is dumb, because the law itself is illegal under Maryland law.

The BATF even notes that this law is invalid.
