Sheriff Tim Cameron Stood Tall

Everyone should let Sheriff Tim Cameron know how much we appreciate him standing Very tall for us in Annapolis today. He and several other sheriffs eviscerated the house bill today. We owe him a steak dinner at a minimum.

Our Sheriff did a great job. I can only wish his counterpart in Baltimore would share his opinion. His comment about the "two America's" are not rural vs. city... It is law abiding and the not law abiding. Who would a law enforcement officer support? I am glad Sheriff Tim is on our side

Sheriff's have a constitutional duty, where police only enforce the law.

I did not see Mike. I was there from 7AM until 6:30 PM Testified as #45A

My apologies to Sheriff Evans. I wasn't sure. I know that the LEO in the county like him so I voted for him. It would have been nice to see him up there yesterday.

Sheriff Tim Cameron just secured my vote in any future elections for Sheriff. He represented St. Mary's well and I will use my vote to show support.

While I’m not a resident of St. Mary’s I wanted to thank you. I looked high and low for my Sheriff (Ron Bateman) but I guess courage is a difficult thing to come by these days.

Someone posted on Calvert County's FB page asking Sheriff Evans his take on it. Nothin ever came out of it.

Half the people thought he was downing the Sheriff and became defensive.

The other half were convinced he would stand by his oath.

I haven't heard a peep from Calvert County on any issue regarding gun control.

Does anybody have video of the Sheriffs testifying yesterday? That would be GOLD as far as helping our cause and opening up some eyes and helping to sway some people in our direction who are still on the fence.

Anyone know about what time we testified? I'd like to listen to his testimony... the whole thing was posted on the web but there is 15 and a half hours of testimony to go though.
