Searching MD Laws

Hello all,

I am trying to become better acquainted with MD's firearms laws.

I am trying to search this site: https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Search/FullText but have some questions:

1) Does this include COMAR?
2) Does this include the extra laws that OC and Baltimore County have?
3) If I do a search for "firearm" in all years prior to 2020 in the "annotated code of MD" - it finds nothing. I have to assume that all laws were loaded for 2020 with newer changes loaded in 2021 and 2022.
4) Is there a better website that I should use that includes COMAR, OC and Baltimore County laws?

For County ordnances, you will need to search each county specifically. Here’s Baltimore City: https://legislativereference.baltimorecity.gov/city-codes

Title 29 of COMAR is on 2A Links page of 2A Maryland's website.

www.2amaryland.org

Does not include all of firearms related COMAR but does include the most often searched sections.
