Bumping this one up as I'm not clear on the status of SBS's given all the shite currently surrounding SBR's in MD:

    - Are Forms on SBS's still being approved or are they in the same limbo as SBR apps post-Oct 1?
    - Does it make a difference if filed on a trust vs an individual (CLEO approval)?

I'm looking to possibly take a VEPR 12 with a folding stock (currently welded open) and chop it down and remove the weld so it folds again. Just for giggles. It'd probably be under 29" OAL with the stock folded.

If I'm reading this right, the OAL restriction doesn't apply to shotguns... but having a folding stock WOULD make it fall afoul of SB-281, even as a stamped item?

OAL is measured with the stock fully extended. That's the only OAL number that matters.
