    Finally got it done. Had to have DeadAir sent a replacement DA121 because the first ones threads were a little dicked up.

    Yep. 11.5" I do have a PSA 10.5" that I just put in the SBR form 1 for though...
    I bought a Colt Commando barrel a while back and was going to do a similar build(I already had 90% of the parts lying around), but at the last minute, I decided to go in a different direction. FBI HRT.

    And here's my KISS version of the same SBR with a 14.5 barrel. I like the A1 fixed carry handle on Trumpet's rifle and I may actually change this one.

    Luth. It was their most recent batch that sold out FAST. I also picked up one of their "blems" too. I'm on just about ALL dealers email notification lists for when A1/C7 uppers get in stock LOL

    With the demand, I'm surprised PSA/H&R hasn't gotten in on this. I know they're doing their "retro" uppers (with rifle extensions) which is great, but I specifically wanted M4 extensions for more flexibility in barrel choices.

    Oh - I did not think about the M4 feed ramps, hmm.
