My guess is extensive planning for a Nazi Nuremberg-style event for the signing ceremony for SB-1/HB-824 continues.

This PR spectacle - - befitting the NAZI BIG LIE, on which both these bills are based - - will likely take place outdoors on the north steps of the Statehouse.

The signing desk for Gov. Snakehead will be positioned near the base of the steps facing Liars Mall.

The stair steps behind Snakehead and his signing desk will be filled with Mommie red-shirted Useful Idiots, whom they are individually contacting right now through their Soros/Bloomberg/Demanding Mommies/MPGV MD Red Marxist networks.

The red shirt color of the Mommies and the MD teacher unions is not a coincidence, BTW.

Liars Mall in front of the desk will be filled with paid union members facing and cheering on Snakehead and the beaming sea-of-red Mommies and their feckless cucks.

The union members in Liars Mall serve as a ceremonial stand in for the MD Marxist mass proletariat, waving their union-shop printed signs proclaiming their “lawmaking” victory over us.

The “ceremony” will likely occur near lunchtime so MGA staff will attend. The unions will set up folding tables in Liars Mall to distribute their box lunches, T-shirts and their pre-printed signs.

These union “volunteers” are only paid for 2 hours, so they will suddenly appear at Liars Mall jumping off their buses shortly before the ceremony and then disappear in a rushed stampede back to their buses when their Nazi-inspired spectacle is over.

This Nuremberg “ceremony” is intended to pressure (or give cover, as loyalties dictate) to MD Federal district court judges, Federal 4th Circuit appellate judges, and even the Justices of the Supreme Court - - all watching local TV and reading the Amazon Post, Maryland Matters and the MD Demstream press - - into slow-rolling the our litigation (delayed/denied cocktail party judicial decisions, lately justified in MoCo for MONTHS as “getting it right”).

This pressure will minimize the number of elements of SB1/HB824 ruled as violating “Bruen” because the MD/MoCo Dem mobocracy claims the “Bruen”ruling is “unfortunate” and wrong, thus the US Constitution outdated and inapplicable as to Maryland, a special place.

The MD GA has gone full-retard on this law. Basically I can't leave my house carrying unless everyone I run into waves a big sign telling me it's ok. Only good news here is I expect this to get shot down VERY quickly in the courts. They had a chance to pass something that may have been legal. Instead they well NY/NJ and wilfully passed a bill that they KNOW will get shot down in flames. In the end maybe it's better this way. We'll see.
Reminds me of petulant children going full blow contrarian cause they didn't get their way ! Giving SCOTUS the middle finger ! I wish we could sue them in civil court for passing unconstitutional laws !

Why can't md,nj and ny plaintiffs coalesce in one huge lawsuit???

To finally shove their shit down their lying mouths exiting their *******!

Lastly, what is the probability of an injunction before it becomes law?
    Again, less Red Bull bruh

NJ and NY are in a different federal court district first of all

All three laws are different although having a similar effect second of all

Injunction before enforcement seems possible but a long shot if you believe MSI

Civil court, hell. They need to face criminal charges. 18 United States Code Section 241. Carries a maximum sentence of 10 years...unless someone is killed. Then it's a capital crime.

We discussed all the new permit holders now carrying at church in our Admin meeting last night. Security head guy just wants to know who is carrying. Pastor said he would not be discouraging folks from carrying as "that's just who we are". He is going to put out a "One Call" addressing all of us for a meeting about responsibilities and tasked Security to come up with a short training session and notification procedures so Security knows who is carrying each service.

It has to become law first. I can't speak for MSI but I'm almost 100% sure that they will file suit on Oct. 1st.
