I Just won a bid on Gunbroker.com for one! I am happy to see its still legal in MD to have one.. but I was wondering any pros and cons you guys might have! I am still getting it either way I just want to hear what the locals have to say about it!:D

Damn ... A pistol version of the M&P15-22. That was a RARE find.

I've been trying to buy one of these for the past year.

Did it have the 10rd. pinned mag ? Better make sure OR have them NOT ship the 25rd mag. I got an opinion from Ms. Jenkins at MSP that it is legal w/o the mag, or the 10 rd. mag, or a pinned mag.

If it's been shipped already with a 25rd mag, have your FFL pin it at 10rd.

Remember it is legal to own hi cap mags. Mags that hold more then 20rds. You just can't buy, sell or transfer in the state of MD. But someone giving you a 30rd mag is ok. And ofcourse out of state sales is fine. Stupid MD gun laws. But I am happy for any loops holes!

Also you can buy magazine parts and make a 30rd mag. That's also legal!
