Multiple rounds fired with one trigger pull, looks like a prohibited weapon to me.

Interesting mechanicals. The barrel and breech are "floating" in an "actually moving" sense. I grabbed the video and single-stepped through it. Very clear that the first shot is fired from a "forward battery" position where both the barrel assembly and the breech-closure are ... forward. First shot fires, and the whole assembly starts moving backward. The breech/bolt releases and moves rearward, ejecting the spent case. Then it (breech/bolt) starts moving forward, engages the still-moving-rearward barrel, and fires the second shot with the assembly in a mid-range position. The breech/bolt cycles rearward again, and for subsequent shots the firing mechanism delays until the assembly returns to the full-forward position. I can pinch the frames out of the video if there's interest, but if you pay attention you can see the motions in the slo-mo sections.

Here are articles from 1998 and 2002 on it.

This Russian article from 2018 has more detail, including on the pulley wheel and steel cable.
