I am looking into the availability of these after Oct. 1st. My Logic:

    1. This gun is a revolver; not semi automatic shot gun. Passes test.
    2. This a few models are capable of shooting 410 shot; therefore those particular models being shotguns and a revolving cylinder would be banned based on the definition of Copycat Weapon. (Pg. 11 SB281)

They have models that shoot only pistol rounds, I think they will be ok.

    Any thoughts to the logic?

Covered several times over. Search is your friend.

    No issues, period.

Look at the Rossi website--they anticipated this.

As mentioned before, search is your friend and covered several times.

    1. The Rossi Circuit Judge is classified as a rifle, not a shotgun, regardless of what caliber. So it is exempt from SB281 and is cash and carry today, and will be the same after Oct 1.

    2. The revolving cylinder issue is based on the SPAS-12 and similar copies.
