Though I would love to address each one personally, real life gets in the way sometimes.
It seems as if these came from an Ohio Department of Corrections lot. If you have markings on your revolver, follow this link for the abbreviations for the Ohio Department of Corrections facilities. You will be able to match up your gun to the institution from which it came.

It appears as if the lot also is from the mid 1990s to the mid 2000s. My resources for the newer serial numbers are not as precise as my ones for the older ones.....It is a safe bet that these guns were purchased by the state of Ohio for use during this time period.
If your gun is not marked, I would assume it is part of the same lot, but was not issued to a specific institution.
