My Banshee sends quite a bit of smoke etc out the port when shooting with the Obsidian 9 suppressor. I have the bolt weight kit and was wondering if adding weight to the bolt would cut back on some of the blowback, assuming it still runs properly. Anyone try something like this?

Anything to delay chamber unsealing will help some but going to a cleaner burning (usually faster) powder will reduce noise and smoke more than anything.

I'm using WW231 now. What do you suggest?
When I used a blowback 9 with a can, 231 was my go to (normally use filthy bullseye for 9).

I now just do the can thing on my mp5.

One of my friends used trailboss when that was still being made. No idea on charge weights but his 158s sounded practical joke quiet out of his mp5.
