Greetings all...been a very long time since I've posted here!

So Im in the process of applying for my W&C permit, utilizing my TS Clearance as my reasoning.

During the application process it asks about arrests and criminal charges....14 years ago I was arrested for DWI and recieved a PBJ as a result. As far as I know, thats a traffic violation, not a criminal charge, correct?

Is this something I need to disclose?

    Thank you in advance.

Just because you list an offense doesn't mean it's a disqualifier for your W&C application.

I had a class 1 misdemeanor from 20 years ago. I listed it. They never asked about it. Successfully received my W&C.

14 years ago says mistake you havent had any since and you have TS so just like that. If it says ever list it if it doesnt I would assume 7 years so you wouldnt have too. I would anyway though. Just like on clearance honesty goes a long way to off setting some stuff on the line
