I have liked my Sig P365 but the grip was a bit thin for me. I tried putting a Hogue grip on it but that didn't work well as I have a CT laser on it. Last week I found out about Wilsons Replacement module for the Sig and ordered one. I got it in today and 1 minute later it was installed and I was on the way to the range.

This is what I really needed. The stippling, while you won't like if for long practice, is just what it needs to stick to your hand. it also has a longer beaver tail and is thicker around the middle where I needed it.

The Wilson module is $64 and well worth the money. It comes with a mag release so you don't have to dig the one out of your OEM module.

I did the same exact thing yesterday. The WC is a little wider and more round, and the longer beaver tail is nice.

I have the XL and I like everything about it. I read that a lot of people replace the grip module but I’m not sure that I would be happy with that. It’s nice that there are options though.

Same issue grip too thin. I put hogue rubber sleeve and like it. I saw the WC grip but wondered if it made mag release stick out less or harder to operate. I have issues with almost all guns hitting mag release without altering my grip. I put extended mag release and it helps, but not ideal. I think I have awkward thumb cause my hands aren't real small. Taurus Gx4 fits like glove.

If you are carrying a weapon for self defense, the chances that you will be doing a mag change, especially with a 12 round mag, are pretty damn slim according to factual data. If you are shooting IDPA with it, that's another story.

I have shot IDPA with it. But I'm not that good and haven't done it in a while. Don't know rules off top of my head. Would the WC grip module be allowed in BUG-S?

Edit: follows ESP rules. No mention of grip module. Grips may be changed, but can't be more than 2 oz more than oem grips.

It's a good way to practice if you don't care about your score. Just run the scenerios as slow as you like, even add a couple of dummy rounds to clear jams. No one cares about what you are doing as long as you are practicing safe gun handling.

Any chance LGS have one to get hands on to see how it feels? Or mail order only? That's an issue. I would like to hold a certain gun I have been looking at, but no one has them. Hate to buy without at least holding.
