What brand combo mag/gun holster was he

If Im carrying on my property, police arent doing shit without a warrant. Private Property is just that. Private.
Obviously the devil is in the details of each individual situation. But for the love of all that is good and holy, get yourself a body camera and wear it, just in case, and keep that energy. :):)

Lots of people jammed up on bogus "interfering with an investigation" charges by not "respecting ma autoritay" on their own private property.
And this is a big problem, just like them arresting one for refusing to answer their questions and being charged with obstruction or hendering their investigation. Even though we have a right to remain silent.

Anyone think this guy partnered with the cops to make this video?
For some reason I do, but not sure why yet.
Maybe Ill go look at it again later on or something.
I first watched this on my laptop that has no audio and thought the same thing. I think you are on to something here.

Illegal no, wrong yes, it is wrong to disarm a legal citizen. They say for officers safety, but what about the citizens safety. Our safety is the reasons we choose to carry to begin with.
After a couple of ND's, like those at PA gun shows, they will stop checking. Hopefully no one will get killed in the ND.

Yeah, I think so kind of. Maybe ill check it later but could be wrong more than likely.
Seems planned/staged to me though becuase of the timing question/answer periods.
The behavioral dialogue at the end while traveling was kind of weirdesque too.
Maybe Ill play it against a Wishbone Ash recording to form a more representative depiction in my mind first.
    LOL.

Not to mention DNR's ability to enter private property w/o a warrant.
This is when you post no trust passing and post warning hunting and target shooting on property. If dnr sneaks on your property and be someplace where they are not supposed to be and end up accidentally getting shot or injured that isn’t your fault since you clearly posted it and they decided to take the risk.

Nobody said anything about being guilty. LEO can disarm you during the stop, which means they can run the serial while said firearm is in their possession.
How about you get pulled over and your work laptop is on the front seat. Should the cop run that serial number "just to see if it's stolen"? or your watch, camera, cell phone? Etc.

In many instances, they are fishing expeditions(pun intended).
yes it's stupid.. and if challenged in the right court it might be determined to be unconstitutional...that said.itd be hard.to have dnr articulate entering my property given where I am at and how the land lays out

Let me tell you about those damn pesky green and tan bam a lambs- theyre some sneaky Sob's.
They learn from some of the best is my understanding. The rest of the Bronze staff teaches them about all that Constitutional law-book stuff and they are very well versed in the ways of reconnoitering.
