$169 doesn't sound unreasonable for the kit.

I got one too, and the price was a lot like $169.00 but there were on sale few weeks ago for $119, I just installed on my dpms lower and everything fitted perfect. Didnt even use any tool other than a flat screwdriver and an allen wrench to hold small screws....

They were on sale before I paid 119 for 109. At 169 its still a good price for what you get but they will go on sale again and $50 savings sounds good to me.
