Not an auction. John had posted on FB "very aggressive pricing".
Talked to Mel tonight at Church and he said the problem will be with parking as they only have 38 parking spaces and many hundreds of folks have expressed interest in coming.
King Charles will be crowned this Sat and on the East Coast it will be from 0500 to 1000hrs. They might get a rush after that is over and people have the rest of the day free...
