This is info from our last dealers meeting. These two bills have been submitted to reduce magazine capacity from 20 to 10. They have introduced these before and they have not passed; however this time it appears that Michael Busch has stacked the deck in the committee that votes on weather the bill hits the floor for a full vote.

The real kicker to this is what we are being told is that no magazines will be grandfathered in. That means it will be illegal to own any mags over 10 rounds.

I haven't done a lot of research but the source of this info is pretty reliable. Please call your representatives and express your disapproval of these bills.

There can only be one real reply, to inept legislation if it happens

    COME AND TAKE THEM!

    as noted....already being discussed.

Just to clarify however, there is nothing in these bills that says "possess".
