Problem With On-line Application

As far as I can see, the on-line application has no feature to save inserted information and later return to continue. Today, I ran into another issue when trying to upload a photo (front and back) of my MD driver's license. Copies of each are located on my desk top as saved photos. I couldn't attach as requested.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

1) Saving: When you are logged in and in the application window, you can go to the top and see a button to 'save and exit' the application. This worked for me several times due to having to gather info piecemeal.

The one problem I had with saving info within the incomplete application was when I didn't have something for a reference and had to come back - it would not save the incomplete reference.

2) Photos: The pic needs to be less than 600 x 600 pixels. It also needs to be in '.jpg' format. I used IrfanView to crop and resize my pic, but the application contains a tool to crop the photo and it can be done from there also.

I had issues with photo size... until I made them smaller... just sayin'
I used 'Paint'... gives an idea of what century I'm stuck in...

I had no issues with FireFox.
