    The black dust on smokeless powder is graphite- hence why RCBS wants you to run 1lb of powder through the hopper. But even doing that some powders just static cling no matter what. Tightgroup really clings inside my Unifow II, but just about any other powder Ive ran through it no longer do.

    That's why I seal it up and dump powdered graphite in then shake it well for a new measure, gets a nice heavy coating inside.
