Potential G&S for Denied CCW Permits

I was reading the thread above in the MD Permits and someone said something about MD DC getting a permit. It got me thinking. If you are a DC, then you are transporting / moving firearms from display area to display.

Moving firearms should be a G&S.

Maybe someone wants to try that is line for appeals?
