Permit Card Seems Low Quality

I just applied for my PA so I guess I will be underwhelmed there as well.

How and where do you apply for Pennsylvania permit

They are obviously not making enough money from the HCP application to be able to issue a good card. Even if the cards cost $20 a piece I am pretty sure they would still make “a few” dollars profit. Lol

Maybe you all got crappy prints. my permit card is decent. It’s as thick as a credit card feels just like my driver licenses in sturdiness.

Not laminated paper in anyway. I actually think the printing is clearer than my FL permit.

Flimsy card isn't an issue if you don't keep taking it out and looking at it 100 times a day

Anyone who really needs to see the permit is going to run it through the system, just like your DL.
