I run these in two out of my three current ARs (the other is a Rock River...) and they're really nice, especially for the money. Can't shake a stick at a good, milspec, tested BCG for seventy bucks. Shipping on one is $8.50, but you can get a couple more or some other small parts in the same package without raising the cost.

And for those of us with out of state addresses, they have D&H 30 round AR magazines for $6.99 as well. These are decent aluminum GI AR mags.
