PA permit application wacky

I've gone through 3 times and entered the information on the Adams County sherriffs office web page. Each time something happened and I was kicked out of the application, all my info was erased. The last time, i got to the second page and was answering all the questions "no". I got to the last one and I answered Yes, i was a resident of another state and had my homestate permit. ( I had entered an image, from and and back on the first page) A window popped up warning me that "answering yes may prohibit me from getting a PA permit" WTF? is this a trap? what should I enter in the text window?

I wrote "md permit". The popup warning comes up for everyone, ignore it.

ok. Is there a way to save a partially complete application? seems like there should be if I am creating a password

IIRC, you can't save an app. There definitely was no way to save as you went when I did mine through Adams County. Similar experiences reported in the PA CCW thread. I just does not seem to be an option.

permit approved. Picking it up next week. 3 days total. Its wonderful to live near a free state.
